Timberland- Manager, Insights and Analytics

As the Manager, Insights and Analytics you will be responsible for providing relevant and consistent data and insights that will inform and build key strategies for the Global Marketing team. You will be analytical and thoughtful in your presentation, ensuring that all actions taken by the organization are backed by data and analysis. You will create relevant dashboards, infographics, and insights provided to team leadership on a daily basis. You are a storyteller, able to take a complex set of data and bring others to understand its meaning.

What you will do:

  • Build a global dashboard coordinating marketing relevant data across our regional businesses consumer

  • eCommerce and Store

  • Wholesale

  • Product Reviews

  • Social and Community Listening

  • Customer Service

  • Analyze and report on all marketing campaigns setting relevant KPIs and benchmarks

  • Support development of a long-term membership strategy

  • Proactively seek out new ways to better inform the team with data, analytics and insights

  • Constantly seek out information on our consumer muse.

  • Identify existing and emerging trends to inform creative and strategic opportunity areas

  • Set numerical project objectives, partnering with other subject areas to define strategies and tactics to net optimal business results.

You'll be a trusted member of our team reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Management and Operations. You will collaborate and liaise with Regional Data and Analytics teams in our Marketing and eCommerce teams as well as Finance.
