Manager, Regional Merchandise Planning
As part of the America’s Integrated Merchandising team, you will support the Senior Manager, Merchandise Planning and Operations through detailed regional merchandise assortment planning and analytics that support footwear, apparel and accessories and aide in product line decision making to ensure all financial and assortment plan targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Build and maintain a suite of merchandise assortment tools to support regional, seasonal assortment analytics in line with product line architecture by channel, gender and category, and associated revenue and productivity targets
Oversee seasonal assortment planning analytics and the Merchandising Financial Planning process (MFP) to aide in identifying opportunities for growth, reconciling assortment to financial targets, and informing merchant assortment decisions.
Build and maintain shared Excel-based merchandising planning tools to support evolving business dynamics and maximize team efficiency.
Oversee seasonal forecast process and analytics in line with seasonal GTM cadence and inclusive of regional interfaces (Mexico, Canada, WS, DTC)
How you will do it:
By collaborating with the integrated planning team as well as global finance to obtain financial targets
Partnering with Senior Manager, Merchandise Planning & Operations to work through seasonal milestone and forecast calendar for the Americas region to ensure all business units are set up for success for information pass-off and deadlines
Training team members on tool and analytics as required
