Curtis Charles

Curtis Charles has a long and distinguished career in the fashion, luxury, and consumer product industries. As the former EVP/SVP of Puma North America, he helped lead the company to record growth over his 12 years, where he oversaw commercial sales, NA strategy, planning and product merchandising. Currently he is the managing Director and CEO of the youth culture marketing and brand development agency, FFB Collaboration.

After starting his career as a buyer for Luxury Department Store, Saks Fifth Avenue, Curtis also led teams as a CEO and CMO for luxury Denim brand PRPS and has held other executive leadership roles including overseeing NA commercial sales, strategy, product/merchandising, marketing, for Cole Haan (Nike),Donna Karan, and the Adidas Group.

He is a proven expert in brand building, marketing and driving successful brand and commercial strategy. In addition, Curtis is currently an advisor for Bain International and has served as a member of the board of directors for many CPG and non-profit companies such as BRAG, Puma NA, Trillfit and Sports Official Cares.
