BRAG welcomes executives and entrepreneurs involved in fashion, retail, wholesale, marketing, direct sales, and related industries. BRAG has established the benchmark for excellence in connecting and fostering professionals who have been underrepresented in retail and fashion leadership.

Our community receives access to professional development, networking, and exclusive job opportunities in fashion, retail, and related industries. Membership benefits include invitations to BRAG’s meeting series, which features stellar speakers, seminars, and panel discussions.
SCHOLARSHIP & AWARDS GALA
Our annual fundraising event recognizes the achievements of exceptional individuals in fashion, retail, and related industries who support BRAG’s mission. Through this effort, BRAG has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships to students with financial need who have achieved academic success.
SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
BRAG’s Summer Internship Program is a comprehensive initiative created to expose college students to working in retail, fashion, and related industries. In addition to traditional internship experience, BRAG’s program also offers professional development training.
