I acknowledge that the scholarship must be used within one(1) academic year. The award is to be used soley for tuition and fees due to your University. All Scholarship funds are allocated directly to the University. If an award is greater than the amount needed to cover tuition and fees, the award balance will be given directly to you.

I acknowledge that scholarships will be awarded at the Annual Scholarship and Awards Gala in New York City. Students selected are required to attend the gala to receive their scholarship award. If unable to attend, student will not be awarded scholarship. Actual scholarship check will be issued to students school in November following the Gala.
